MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MAY 24, 1995 <br />LaValle agreed. That motion died for lack of a second. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 95-5-136 - RECONSIDERING RESOLUTION NO. <br />95-5-135 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, Fahey, Scalze, Pedersen, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Morelan felt that there needed to be consistency <br />between the two Codes. If the majority of the Council <br />opposes the super majority vote, Morelan indicated that <br />he would support a simple majority vote so that the <br />Codes can be consistent. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following ordinance and <br />moved its adoption: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 410 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS <br />921.010.L. AND 922.020.I. OF THE ZONING CODE OF TFIE <br />MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA~ RELATING <br />TO THE NECESSARY VOTES TO GRANT A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT AND A VARIANCE TO THE ZONING CODE <br />The foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) Morelan, LaValle, Fahey, Pedersen. <br />Nays (1) Scalze. Ordinance declared adopted. <br />APPROVAL OF Mayor Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider <br />BLDG. PLANS amending Zoning Code, Section 918.060 (C) relative <br />IN I-P to the requirement of review and approval of all plats <br />DISTRICT and building plans by the City Council prior to <br />issuance of a building permit. Council has also been <br />asked to consider amending the Municipal Code Seotion <br />301.030 (A) relative to this same requirement, Section <br />301.030 (E) relative to staking requirements, as well <br />as to correct a typographical error in Section 501.030. <br />There was no one from the general public present <br />wishing to comment on this matter. <br />Upon motion by Morelan, seconded by LaValle, the public <br />hearing was closed. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following ordinance and <br />moved its adoption: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 411 - AMENDING SECTION 918.060.C.
