MINUTES OF THE REGiJLAI2 MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA JUNE 13, 1995 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 13th day of June, 1995 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Mayor Michael Fahey chaired and called the meeting to order at 7:32 P.M. and the following members of the Council were present at roll call: MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Michael Fahey Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle Council Member Mr. Steve Morelan Council Member Mr. Bob Pedersen Council Member Mrs. Beverly Scalze ALSO PRESENT: City Admin. City Attorney Cable TV Prod. Admin. Asst. MINUTES Mr. LaValle introduced the follo moved its adoption: Mr. Joel Hanson Mr. Tom Sweeney Mrs. Jane Boog Mrs. Kathy Glanzer wing resolution and RESOLUTION N0. 95-6-147 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE MAY 24~ 1995 WORKSHOP CITY COUNCIL MEETING AND MAY 24~ 1995 REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. Ayes (5) LaValle, Morelan, Fahey, Scalze, Pedersen. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. REQUEST TO The Council reviewed the request of Milan Moravetz to LIFT lift the unbuildable status from Lot C, R.L.S. 512. UNBUILDABLE Mr. Moravetz is purchasing the property and wishes to STATUS - combine it with his adjacent lot. MORAVETZ LaValle pointed out Lot C has 30 feet of frontage on Allen Avenue. LaValle questioned whether this property was assessed for the Allen Avenue improvement, or if assessed, whether the assessment were deferred until such time as it became buildable. Morelan did not believe the lot was assessed since 30 feet would not be a buildable lot. The City Administrator pointed out that if the 30 feet was not assessed, and it is attached to the Moravetz 1
