MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JUNE 21~ 1995 <br />walk with wanting to walk and that the redevelopment <br />should provide adequate parking and automobile access <br />as well as a walking environment. <br />Fifield asked if any of the principles rose to the top. <br />Scalze indicated that #8 and #9 did. Morelan reported <br />that some people have asked why the City is involved in <br />the redevelopment of Rice Street and Little Canada <br />Road, feeling that the City should wait for development <br />proposals to respond to. Morelan indicated that the <br />discussion group he was part of felt that there must be <br />City involvement in the process. <br />Fifield asked that the dates of the next workshop <br />meeting be determined as well as requested the addition <br />of a workshop. <br />It was the consensus of the Council that the next <br />workshops be scheduled for July 19th and 31st at 7:00 <br />P.M. at City Hall.
