MINU'PES OF THE REGUC~R MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JULY 26, 1995 <br />MINU'PES <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meetinq of the Council of the City of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota was held on the 26th day of July, 1995 in the <br />Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Acting Mayor Beverly Scalze chaired and called the <br />meeting to order at 7:34 P.M. and the following members <br />of the Council were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: <br />Acting Mayor Mrs <br />Council Member Mr. <br />Council Member Mr. <br />Council Member Mr. <br />Beverly Scalze <br />Jim LaValle <br />Steve Morelan <br />Bob Pedersen <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Mayor Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Admin. <br />City Attorney <br />City Planner <br />Cable TV Prod. <br />Admin. Asst. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the follc <br />moved its adoption: <br />Mr. Joel Hanson <br />Mr. George Borer <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mrs. Jane Boog <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer <br />wing resolution and <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-7-174 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />JULY 12, 1995 COUNCIL WORKSHOP MEETING, JULY 12, 1995 <br />REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING, AND JULY 19, 1995 COUNCIL <br />WORKSHOP MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (4) LaValle, Morelan, Pedersen, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />THUNDER BAY Scalze announced that Little Canada's sister city, <br />FRIENDSHIP Thunder Bay, Canada, is hosting International <br />DAYS Friendship Days this coming weekend. There are 18 Girl <br />and Boy Scouts who will be attending this event <br />representing Little Canada, as well as the Mayor and <br />his wife. <br />CONDITIONAL Scalze opened the Public Hearing to consider the <br />USE PERMIT application for Conditional Use Permit to allow a <br />FOR GARAGE garage addition which would result in total accessory <br />ADDITION - building area in excess of 1,000 square feet submitted <br />636 KELLER by David and June Wilson for their property at 636 <br />PARKWAY Keller Parkway. Scalze pointed out that the Planning <br />Commission has recommended approval of the request. <br />1 <br />
