MINUTES OF TAE SPECIAL MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />AUGUST 22, 1995 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special <br />meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of August, 1995 in <br />the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael Fahey chaired and called the meeting to <br />order at 7:00 P.M. and the following members of the <br />Council were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Admin. <br />Emer. Discussion has centered on the use of the <br />building by various organizations in the City. These <br />include the Historical 5ociety, Public Works <br />Department, Little Canada Recreation Association, 55+ <br />Club, and the Parks & Recreation Department. The City <br />applied for and received approval of a$25,000 <br />Community Development Block Grant for the project. <br />Lake owasso Residence Volunteer Council has donated <br />$5,000 toward the renovation project. Including these <br />amounts with funds budgeted by the City, there is a <br />total of $98,500 for the project. <br />1 <br />
