County Road B. <br />PROPERTY Council reviewed the request made by Mr. Thomas White <br />DIVISION - for division of property located at 2600 Spruce Street <br />2600 SPRUCE - into two single-family residential lots. Both the City <br />WHITE Planner and Planning Commission have recommended <br />approval of the property division subject to removal of <br />the accessory shed from the property no later than <br />October 31, 1995. <br />There was no one from the general public present <br />wishing to comment on this matter. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 95-8-194 - APPROVING THE DIVISION OF <br />2600 SPRUCE STREET INTO TWO SINGLE-FAMILY LOTS AS <br />REQUESTED BY MR. THOMAS WHITE SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE <br />WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER AS <br />OUTLINED IN HIS REPORT DATED AUGUST 4, 1995 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Pedersen, Fahey, Morelan. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PUBLIC Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider the request <br />HEARING - of Bob and Jeanne Leibel for a Conditional Use Permit <br />CUP FOR to construct a second garage on their property located <br />SECOND at 124 Twin Lake Blvd. It was noted that both the <br />GARAGE - City Planner and Planning Commission have recommended <br />124 TWIN approval of the request. Fahey further noted that <br />LAKE BLVD. the adjacent property owners, Mr. and Mrs. Richard <br />Novak are objecting to the request since the garage <br />would be in their sight line from their porch. <br />2 <br />
