It was pointed <br />out that Ehlers & Associates has submitted resolutions <br />calling for public hearinqs at which this action will <br />be considered. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-9-204 - CALLING FOR A PUBLIC I-IEARING <br />BY TAE CITY ON THE PROPOSED MODIFICATION OF DEVELOPMENT <br />DISTRICT NO. 3 AND THE PROPOSED ESTABLISHMENT OF TAX <br />INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 3-2. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Fahey, Morelan, Pedersen. <br />Nays (O). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-9-205 - CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON THE PROPOSED MODIFICATION OF DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT <br />NO. 4 AND TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 3 <br />LOCATED WITHIN DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 4, TFIE <br />MODIFICATION OF DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 5 AND TAX <br />INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 5 LOCATED WITHIN <br />DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT N0. 5, THE MODIFICATION OF <br />DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 2 AND TAX INCREMENT FINANCING <br />DISTRICT NO. 2-1 LOCATED WITHIN DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT <br />NO. 2, AND THE ADOPTION OF THE MODIFIED DEVELOPMENT <br />PROGRAMS AND TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLANS RELATING <br />THERETO <br />~ <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Pedersen, Fahey, Morelan, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The next step is "Make organizational changes to <br />encourage implementation of the Development Guide". <br />Morelan suggested that something should be done on this <br />fairly quickly, however, was concerned about the <br />workload of City staff. <br />The City Administrator stated that if staff is heavily <br />involved in an RFP process, and given the current <br />workload, something might suffer with current workload. <br />The Administrator felt the consultant approach may be <br />most advantageous. <br />11 <br />
