MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />SEPTEMBER 27, 1995 <br />agenda for discussion. <br />Fifield suggested that over the next week the Council <br />review the redraft of the Development Guide and give <br />their comments to the City Administrator so that final <br />changes can be made. Fifield stated that he would like <br />to bring some closure to the Development Guide. <br />Fifield pointed out some of the changes which were made <br />include adding information from the community survey, <br />refinement of action steps, addition of comments made <br />throughout the document, and a new section on <br />financing. <br />Fahey again suggested that at the next meeting the <br />Council discuss the steps necessary to go forward with <br />the RFP process. <br />The City Administrator pointed out that his concern is <br />that the land assembly issue must be resolved before an <br />RFP can be submitted to developers. Discussion will <br />continue on these issues at the October llth regular <br />Council meeting. <br />MINUTES Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-9-220 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />FOLLOWING COUNCIL MEETINGS: <br />SEPTEMBER 5, 1995 WORKSHOP MEETINGj <br />SEPTEMBER 7, 1995 WORKSHOP MEETING; <br />SEPTEMBER 13, 1995 REGULAR MEETING; <br />SEPTEMBER 13, 1995 CLOSED MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Pedersen, Morelan, Scalze, Fahey. <br />Nays (O). Resolution declared adopted. <br />LEIBEL Council noted that the Leibel request for Conditional <br />CONDITIONAL Use Permit for a second garage on their property at <br />USE PERMIT 124 Twin Lake Blvd. was tabled at the last meeting at <br />FOR SECOND the request of Mr. Richard Novak so he could have legal <br />GARAGE representation at this meeting. Mr. and Mrs. Novak <br />were not present nor was there anyone present <br />representing them. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-9-221 - APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT FOR A SECOND GARAGE AT 124 TWIN LAKE BLVD. AS <br />4 <br />
