MINUTES CITY COUNCIL SEPTEMBER 27, 1995 agenda for discussion. Fifield suggested that over the next week the Council review the redraft of the Development Guide and give their comments to the City Administrator so that final changes can be made. Fifield stated that he would like to bring some closure to the Development Guide. Fifield pointed out some of the changes which were made include adding information from the community survey, refinement of action steps, addition of comments made throughout the document, and a new section on financing. Fahey again suggested that at the next meeting the Council discuss the steps necessary to go forward with the RFP process. The City Administrator pointed out that his concern is that the land assembly issue must be resolved before an RFP can be submitted to developers. Discussion will continue on these issues at the October llth regular Council meeting. MINUTES Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 95-9-220 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE FOLLOWING COUNCIL MEETINGS: SEPTEMBER 5, 1995 WORKSHOP MEETINGj SEPTEMBER 7, 1995 WORKSHOP MEETING; SEPTEMBER 13, 1995 REGULAR MEETING; SEPTEMBER 13, 1995 CLOSED MEETING The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. Ayes (5) LaValle, Pedersen, Morelan, Scalze, Fahey. Nays (O). Resolution declared adopted. LEIBEL Council noted that the Leibel request for Conditional CONDITIONAL Use Permit for a second garage on their property at USE PERMIT 124 Twin Lake Blvd. was tabled at the last meeting at FOR SECOND the request of Mr. Richard Novak so he could have legal GARAGE representation at this meeting. Mr. and Mrs. Novak were not present nor was there anyone present representing them. Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 95-9-221 - APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A SECOND GARAGE AT 124 TWIN LAKE BLVD. AS 4
