MINUTES OF THE REGUI~R MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />OCTOBER 25, 1995 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota was held on the 25th day of October, 1995 in <br />the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael Fahey chaired and called the meeting to <br />order at 7:30 P.M. and the following members of the <br />Council were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Michael Fahey <br />Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Council Member Mr. Steve Morelan <br />Council Member Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />Council Member Mrs. Beverly 5calze <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Admin. <br />City Attorney <br />City Engineer <br />City Planner <br />Cable TV Prod. <br />Admin. Asst. <br />MINUTES Mrs. Scalze introduced the follc <br />moved its adoption: <br />Mr. Joel Hanson <br />Mr. George Borer <br />Mr. Jerry Bourdon <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mrs. Jane Boog <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer <br />wing resolution and <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-10-249 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />OCTOBER 11, 1995 COUNCIL WORKSHOP MEETING AND THE <br />OCTOBER 11, 1995 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Morelan, Pedersen, Fahey, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ANNOUNCEMENT Fahey announced that citizens interested in serving on <br />the City's 10% Committee should contact City Hall by <br />Thursday, November 2nd. The 10% Committee advises the <br />City on the spending of the 10% gambling dollars <br />collected from the organizations operating charitable <br />gambling in the City. Appointments to the 10% <br />Committee will be made at the November Sth regular <br />Council meeting. <br />AMEND PUD- Fahey opened the public hearing to consider an <br />5LUMBERI,.AND amendment to the Planned Unit Development for <br />ADDITION Slumberland to allow the construction of an over 40,000 <br />square foot warehouse addition. <br />1 <br />
