MINUTES OF THE REGUI~R MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA OCTOBER 25, 1995 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 25th day of October, 1995 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Mayor Michael Fahey chaired and called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and the following members of the Council were present at roll call: MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Michael Fahey Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle Council Member Mr. Steve Morelan Council Member Mr. Bob Pedersen Council Member Mrs. Beverly 5calze ALSO PRESENT: City Admin. City Attorney City Engineer City Planner Cable TV Prod. Admin. Asst. MINUTES Mrs. Scalze introduced the follc moved its adoption: Mr. Joel Hanson Mr. George Borer Mr. Jerry Bourdon Mr. Steve Grittman Mrs. Jane Boog Mrs. Kathy Glanzer wing resolution and RESOLUTION NO. 95-10-249 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE OCTOBER 11, 1995 COUNCIL WORKSHOP MEETING AND THE OCTOBER 11, 1995 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) LaValle, Morelan, Pedersen, Fahey, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. ANNOUNCEMENT Fahey announced that citizens interested in serving on the City's 10% Committee should contact City Hall by Thursday, November 2nd. The 10% Committee advises the City on the spending of the 10% gambling dollars collected from the organizations operating charitable gambling in the City. Appointments to the 10% Committee will be made at the November Sth regular Council meeting. AMEND PUD- Fahey opened the public hearing to consider an 5LUMBERI,.AND amendment to the Planned Unit Development for ADDITION Slumberland to allow the construction of an over 40,000 square foot warehouse addition. 1
