Upon motion by Scalze, seconded by LaValle, the public hearing was closed. Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 95-11-267 - APPROVING MODIFICATIONS TO DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOS. 2, 4, AND 5 AND THE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS RELATED THERETO AND APPROVING MODIFICATIONS OF THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLANS FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NOS. 2-1, 3, AND 5 WITIIIN DEVELOPMENT DISTRICTS NOS. 2, 4, AND 5 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. Ayes (5) Scalze, Pedersen, LaValle, Fahey, Morelan. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 95-11-268 - TRANSFERRING JURISDICTION OF DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS FOR DEVELOPMENT DISTRICTS NOS. 2, 4 AND 5 AND ALL TAX INCREMENTS DERIVED FROM TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICTS NOS. 2-1, 3 AND 5 TO ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA~ AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PLEDGE AGREEMENT The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Pedersen, Fahey, Morelan. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. At this point in the meeting, the Council temporarily adjourned and convened as the Economic Development Authority.
