MINUTES OF THE REGiJI,AR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JANUARY 10, 1995 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota was held on the lOth day of January, 1996 in <br />the Council Chambers of the City Center looated at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael Fahey chaired and called the meeting to <br />order at 7:30 P.M. and the following members of the <br />Council were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Michael Fahey <br />Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Council Member Mr. Steve Morelan <br />Council Member Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />Council Member Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Admin. <br />City Attorney <br />Cable TV Prod. <br />Admin. Asst. <br />MINUTES Mr. Morelan introduced the follo <br />moved its adoption: <br />Mr. <br />Mr. <br />Ms. <br />Mrs <br />wing <br />Joel Hanson <br />Tom Sweeney <br />Jane Boog <br />Kathy Glanzer <br />resolution and <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-1-1 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />FOLLOWING COUNCIL MEETINGS: <br />DECEMBER 18, 1995 WORKSHOP MEETING; <br />DECEMBER 20, 1995 EDA MEETING~ <br />DECEMBER 20, 1995 REGULAR MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Fahey, Scalze, Morelan, Pedersen. <br />Nays (O). Resolution declared adopted. <br />SUPPLEMENTAL Fahey opened the supplemental assessment hearing to <br />ASSESSMENT consider the assessment of Parcel No. 07-29-22-21-0003 <br />HEARING - in the amount of $12,284.43 for improvement of Jackson <br />IMP. NO. Street lying between Old County Road C on the north and <br />93-i1 Demont Avenue on the south; Old County Road C lying <br /> between Lakeshore on the east and Jackson Street on the <br /> west; and Lakeshore Avenue lying between County Road C <br /> on the north and Old County Road C on the south by <br /> full-depth reclamation, concrete curb and gutter, and <br /> storm drainage facilities. <br /> There was no one from the general public present <br /> wishing to comment on this matter. <br />1 <br />
