MINUTES OF THE REGUI~R MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />FEBRUARY 28, 1996 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Little <br />Canada, Minnesota was held on the 28th day of February, <br />1996 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located <br />at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at <br />7:30 P.M. and the following members of the City Council <br />were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor <br />Council <br />Council <br />Council <br />Council <br />Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Member Mr. Jim LaValle (arr. <br />7:35 P.M.) <br />Member Mr. Steve Morelan <br />Member Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />Member Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Admin. Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />City Attorney Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />City Planner Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Cable TV Prod. Mr. Greg Schroeder <br />Admin. Asst. Mrs. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-2-44 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />FOLLOWING CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS: <br />FEBRUARY 7, 1996 GOAL SETTING SESSION; <br />FEBRUARY 14, 1996 WORKSHOP MEETING; <br />FEBRUARY 14, 1996 REGULAR MEETING; <br />FEBRUARY 21, 1996 SPECIAL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, Morelan, Fahey, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CITIZENS The Mayor reported that the Ramsey County Sheriff's <br />ACADEMY Department will be conducting a Citizens Academy in <br />order to educate citizens about police work and to <br />understand what problems and opportunities Deputies <br />face daily in their work. The Academy will be held for <br />four weeks, meeting three hours per evening on Tuesdays <br />1 <br />
