MINi1TES CITY COUNCIL MARCH 27, 1996 Street/Little Canada Road area. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 96-3-75 - TABLING ACTION ON THE PLANTER PROJECT FOR ONE MONTH AND REFER CONSIDERATION OF THIS PROJECT TO TI-IE 10% COMMITTEE FOR REVIEW AND PRIORITIZATION The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. Ayes (4) Fahey, Morelan, Pedersen, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. CUSTOMER The City Administrator reviewed the proposed Customer SERVICE Service Survey forms as well as outlined staff's SURVEYS recommendations for distribution of the forms. Morelan suggested that the name of the form be title "CUStomer Satisfaction Survey". Morelan also suggested that if this program proves to be successful, perhaps it should be expanded to include the Fire Department, Sheriff's Department, City Attorney and City Engineer. Council's consensus was to implement use of the "Customer Satisfaction Survey" forms as submitted. T.AKE OWASSO Fahey acknowledged and thanked Lake Owasso Residence Volunteer Council for their $10,000 donation toward handicapped accessibility for the new park shelter planned for Spooner Park. MASSAGE Council reviewed the application for Massage Therapy THERAPY Establishment License submitted by Natural Reflections. LICENSE Council discussed whether or not there was a need for their review of these license applications, and suggested that staff determine how the City of Roseville handles these applications. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 96-3-76 - APPROVING TI-IE MASSAGE THERAPY ESTABLISHMENT LICENSE FOR NATURAL REFLECTIONS The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. Ayes (4) Scalze, Morelan, Pedersen, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. 16
