MINUTES OF THE REGULAI2 MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />APRIL 10, 1996 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Little <br />Canada, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of April, <br />1996 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located <br />at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at <br />7:30 P.M. and the following members of the City Council <br />were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Council Member Mr. Steve Morelan <br />Council Member Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />Council Member Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Admin. Mr. <br />City Attorney Mr. <br />Cable TV Prod. Mr. <br />Admin. Asst. Mrs <br />HISTORICAL Mayor Fahey reported that just prior <br />SOCIETY meeting, the Council held a workshop <br />Canada Historical Society to discuss <br />need for additional space. <br />MINUTES Mrs. Scalze introduced the following <br />moved its adoption: <br />Joel R. Resolution declared adopted. <br />MGM LIQUOR Fahey reported that MGM Liquors committed a violation <br />LICENSE against the City's Liquor Ordinance in that they were <br />VIOLATION open for business on New Year's Day. Fahey reported <br />that on March 8th John Lanners, President of FTL dba <br />MGM Liquors, plead guilty to this violation. The Court <br />accepted the plea of guilty and the imposition of <br />sentence was stayed for one year on the condition of no <br />liquor law violations for one year and payment of Court <br />costs in the amount of $50.00. <br />1 <br />
