MINUTES OF THE REGUL~IR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA APRIL 24, 1996 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 24th day of April, 1996 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: CITY COUNCIL: ALSO PRESENT Mayor Mr. Council Member Mr. Council Member Mr. Council Member Mr. Council Member Mrs. City Admin. Hanson George Borer Scott Richards Greg Schroeder Kathy Glanzer MINUTES Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 96-4-92 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE APRIL 10, 1996 COUNCIL WORKSHOP MEETING AND THE APRIL 10~ 1996 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Morelan, Fahey, Pedersen. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. PUBLIC Fahey opened the continuation of the Public Hearing to HEARING - consider the application of Gene Fasciana for the REZONING rezoning of property at 10 West County Road C from 10 WEST Single-Family Residential (R-1) to Medium-Density COUNTY Residential (R-2). Fahey noted that the Planning ROAD C Commission recommended denial of the rezoning. Fahey further noted that two petitions have been submitted to the City. One in favor of the rezoning signed by 19 property owners in the area, and the other opposed signed by 19 property owners in the area.
