MINUTES OF THE REGUL~IR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />APRIL 24, 1996 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Little <br />Canada, Minnesota was held on the 24th day of April, <br />1996 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located <br />at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at <br />7:30 P.M. and the following members of the City Council <br />were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />ALSO PRESENT <br />Mayor Mr. <br />Council Member Mr. <br />Council Member Mr. <br />Council Member Mr. <br />Council Member Mrs. <br />City Admin. Mr. <br />City Attorney Mr. <br />City Planner Mr. <br />Cable TV Prod. Mr. <br />Admin. Asst. Mrs. <br />Michael I. Fahey <br />Jim LaValle <br />Steve Morelan <br />Bob Pedersen <br />Beverly Scalze <br />Joel R. Hanson <br />George Borer <br />Scott Richards <br />Greg Schroeder <br />Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 96-4-92 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />APRIL 10, 1996 COUNCIL WORKSHOP MEETING AND THE APRIL <br />10~ 1996 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Morelan, Fahey, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PUBLIC Fahey opened the continuation of the Public Hearing to <br />HEARING - consider the application of Gene Fasciana for the <br />REZONING rezoning of property at 10 West County Road C from <br />10 WEST Single-Family Residential (R-1) to Medium-Density <br />COUNTY Residential (R-2). Fahey noted that the Planning <br />ROAD C Commission recommended denial of the rezoning. Fahey <br />further noted that two petitions have been submitted to <br />the City. One in favor of the rezoning signed by 19 <br />property owners in the area, and the other opposed <br />signed by 19 property owners in the area. <br />Gene Fasciana reported that he has owned the property <br />for a number of years and has not been able to sell it <br />1 <br />
