MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MAY 22, 1996 <br />Fahey stated that he looked at the 10% Fund as just <br />another City fund, and did not feel limited in the use <br />of those dollars. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-5-131 - APPROVING $2,000 IN FUNDING <br />FROM THE 10% FUND FOR A PERMANENT BATTING CAGE AT <br />PIONEER PARK, WITH THIS FUNDING CONTINGENT UPON RECEIPT <br />OF DONATIONS FOR THE BALANCE OF PROJECT COSTS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, Scalze, Pedersen, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ADJOURN Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-5-132 - ADJOURNING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Morelan, Pedersen, Scalze, Fahey. <br />Nays (0).
