MINUTES CITY COUNCIL NNE 10, 1996 BEHALF OF THE CITY The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Morelan, Pedersen, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. CALL PUBLIC The City Administrator recommended that the Council HEARING - call a public hearing to consider amending the Zoning TEXT Code relative to permitted uses in the PUD District. AMENDMENT REVISING Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and PUD PERMITTED moved its adoption: USES RESOLUTION NO. 96-6-139 - CALLING A PUBLIC IiEARING FOR WEDNESDAY, JUNE 26, 1996, 7:30 P.M. TO CONSIDER AMENDING THE ZONING CODE OF TFIE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA RELATIVE TO PERMITTED USES IN THE PUD DISTRICT The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. Ayes (5) LaValle, Morelan, Scalze, Fahey, Pedersen. Nays (O). Resolution declared adopted. SPOONER PARK- The Council reviewed the recommendation of the Parks & PICNIC Recreation Commission to proceed with hiring an SHELTER architect to develop plans and specifications for a new picnic shelter at Spooner Park. Council also reviewed the re~~ised cost estimate for this work as submitted by RVK Architects. Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 96-6-140 - APPROVING THE PROPOSAL OF RVK ARCHITECTS AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $5,600 FOR ARCAITECTURAL SERVICES RELATIVE TO SPOONER PARK PICNIC SHELTER The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. Ayes (5) Scalze, Morelan, LaValle, Pedersen, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Fahey suggested that the shelter committee begin working with the architect on the design of the shelter.
