MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />NNE 10, 1996 <br />BEHALF OF THE CITY <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br /> Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Morelan, Pedersen, Fahey. <br /> Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CALL PUBLIC The City Administrator recommended that the Council <br />HEARING - call a public hearing to consider amending the Zoning <br />TEXT Code relative to permitted uses in the PUD District. <br />AMENDMENT <br />REVISING Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />PUD PERMITTED moved its adoption: <br />USES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 96-6-139 - CALLING A PUBLIC IiEARING FOR <br /> WEDNESDAY, JUNE 26, 1996, 7:30 P.M. TO CONSIDER <br /> AMENDING THE ZONING CODE OF TFIE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br /> RELATIVE TO PERMITTED USES IN THE PUD DISTRICT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Morelan, Scalze, Fahey, Pedersen. <br />Nays (O). Resolution declared adopted. <br />SPOONER PARK- The Council reviewed the recommendation of the Parks & <br />PICNIC Recreation Commission to proceed with hiring an <br />SHELTER architect to develop plans and specifications for a new <br />picnic shelter at Spooner Park. Council also reviewed <br />the re~~ised cost estimate for this work as submitted by <br />RVK Architects. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-6-140 - APPROVING THE PROPOSAL OF RVK <br />ARCHITECTS AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $5,600 FOR <br />ARCAITECTURAL SERVICES RELATIVE TO SPOONER PARK PICNIC <br />SHELTER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Morelan, LaValle, Pedersen, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Fahey suggested that the shelter committee begin <br />working with the architect on the design of the <br />shelter. <br />ADJOURN Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-6-141 - ADJOURNING <br />12 <br />
