MINUTES OF THE REGU7,AR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JUNE 26, 1996 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Little <br />Canada, Minnesota was held on the 26th day of June, <br />1996 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located <br />at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at <br />6:30 P.M. and the following members of the City Council <br />were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle <br />(arr. 7:00 P.M.) <br />Council Member Mr. Steve Morelan <br />Council Member Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />Council Member Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Admin. <br />City Attorney <br />City Planner <br />Cable TV Prod. <br />Admin. Asst. <br />MINUTES Mr. Morelan introduced the follo <br />moved its adoption: <br />Mr. Joel Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Greg Schroeder <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer <br />wing resolution and <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-6-142 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF TIiE <br />JUNE 10, 1996 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, Pedersen, Morelan, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PUBLIC Mayor Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider the <br />HEARING - complete revision of the City's Comprehensive Land Use <br />COMPREHENSIVE Plan. The area focused on this evening will be <br />PLAN UPDATE - properties located on the west side of 35E. <br />WEST SIDE OF <br />35E The City Planner outlined the process which the City <br />followed in putting together the Comprehensive Plan <br />update which is being proposed. This process included <br />review of existing land uses within the City as well as <br />the effect these uses may have on City plans for future <br />land uses. An overview of the City's demographics was <br />done which identified housing and commercial use types <br />as well as the population make-up of the community. <br />1 <br />
