A listing of proposed restrictions should be <br />included as well as information on what other cities <br />are doing. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-6-155 - INSTRUCTING CITY STAFF TO <br />NOTIFY CIGARETTE LICENSE HOLDERS TIiAT THE COUNCIL WILL <br />DISCUSS THE ISSUE OF RESTRICTION OF TOBACCO SALES AT <br />THEIR JULY 24, 1996 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING, PROVIDING <br />INFORMATION ON PROPOSED RESTRICTIONS AND WHAT OTHER <br />CITIES ARE DOING IN TIIIS REGARD <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Morelan, Scalze, Pedersen, Fahey. <br />Nays (0).
