MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />~CTOBER 9, 1996 <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-10-256 - REFERRING TAE ISSUE OF TRAIL <br />EXTENSION ALONG VADNAIS BLVD. TO THE PARKS AND <br />RECREATION COMMISSION FOR A RECOMMENDATION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Pedersen, Morelan, Fahey, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-10-257 - INSTRUCTING STAFF TO RESPOND <br />TO THE CITY OF VADNASS HEIGHTS INFORMING TAEM THAT <br />LITTLE CANADA IS COMFORTABLE WITH THE POSITION IT TOOK <br />TWO YEARS AGO NOT TO PARTICIPATE IN A JOINT PARK <br />VENTURE ON TWIN LAKE, HOWEVER, IF THE CIRCUMSTANCES <br />CHANGE, LITTLE CANADA WOULD BE WILLING TO LOOK AT THE <br />ISSUE AGAIN <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) Morelan, LaValle, Pedersen, Scalze. <br />Nays (1) Fahey. Resolution declared adopted. <br />ADJOURN Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-10-258 - ADJOURNING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Morelan, Fahey, Scalze, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was <br />adjourned at 10:34 P.M. <br />27 <br />
