MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA~ MINNESOTA <br />NOVEMBER 13, 1996 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Little <br />Canada, Minnesota was held on the 13th day of November, <br />1996 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located <br />at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey <br />Bob Pedersen <br />Jim LaValle <br />Steve Morelan <br />Beverly Scalze <br />Mr. Joel Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Greg Schroeder <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer <br />wing resolution and <br />RESOLUTION N0. 96-11-276 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />OCTOBER 23, 1996 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING, THE OCTOBER <br />23, 1996 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING, AND THE NOVEMBER 6, <br />1996 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (4) LaValle, Morelan, Fahey, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />TEXT It was the consensus of the Council that the action <br />AMENDMENT taken at the October 23, 1996 Council meeting should <br />& CUP be rescinded and the application for Text Amendment <br />FOR and Conditional Use Permit for additional recreational <br />ADDITIONAL uses in the BW and I-P Zoning Districts as requested <br />RECREATIONAL by Di-Med Corporation, as well as application for <br />USES - amusement device license requested by Grand Slam, be <br />DI-MED reconsidered. <br />CORPORATION <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />1 <br />
