MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA~ MINNE30TA NOVEMBER 27, 1996 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 27th day of November, 1996 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: CITY COUNCIL: ALSO PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Council Member Mr. Council Member Mr. Council Member Mr. Council Member Mrs. City Admin. Mr. City Attorney Mr. City Planner Mr. Cable TV Prod. Ms. Admin. Asst. Mrs. Michael I. Fahey Bob Pedersen Jim LaValle Steve Morelan Beverly Scalze Joel Hanson Tom Sweeney Steve Grittman Jane Boog Kathy Glanzer MINUTES Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 96-11-287 - APPROVING TxE MINUTES OF THE NOVEMBER 13, 1996 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND THE NOVEMBER 13, 1996 CLOSED COUNCIL MEETING The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Morelan, Fahey, Pedersen. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. COMMUNITY Mayor Fahey reported that this evening the City would AFFAIRS like to acknowledge the volunteer Community Affairs OFFICERS Officers who are serving the City of Little Canada. These individuals are Dan Drake and Tanya Preston. Dan Drake was unable to be present this evening. Present are Tanya Preston, Allan Rossman, Coordinator of Community Affairs Officer Program, and Sheriff Ron Patrusin. Allan Rossman reported that the Community Affairs Officers Program was begun about a year ago by Sheriff Fletcher to increase the role of volunteer citizens in 1
