MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA~ MINNE30TA <br />NOVEMBER 27, 1996 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Little <br />Canada, Minnesota was held on the 27th day of November, <br />1996 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located <br />at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at <br />7:30 P.M. and the following members of the City Council <br />were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mayor Mr. <br />Council Member Mr. <br />Council Member Mr. <br />Council Member Mr. <br />Council Member Mrs. <br />City Admin. Mr. <br />City Attorney Mr. <br />City Planner Mr. <br />Cable TV Prod. Ms. <br />Admin. Asst. Mrs. <br />Michael I. Fahey <br />Bob Pedersen <br />Jim LaValle <br />Steve Morelan <br />Beverly Scalze <br />Joel Hanson <br />Tom Sweeney <br />Steve Grittman <br />Jane Boog <br />Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 96-11-287 - APPROVING TxE MINUTES OF THE <br />NOVEMBER 13, 1996 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND THE <br />NOVEMBER 13, 1996 CLOSED COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Morelan, Fahey, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />COMMUNITY Mayor Fahey reported that this evening the City would <br />AFFAIRS like to acknowledge the volunteer Community Affairs <br />OFFICERS Officers who are serving the City of Little Canada. <br />These individuals are Dan Drake and Tanya Preston. Dan <br />Drake was unable to be present this evening. Present <br />are Tanya Preston, Allan Rossman, Coordinator of <br />Community Affairs Officer Program, and Sheriff Ron <br />Patrusin. <br />Allan Rossman reported that the Community Affairs <br />Officers Program was begun about a year ago by Sheriff <br />Fletcher to increase the role of volunteer citizens in <br />1 <br />
