MINUTES OF TFIE REGULAR MEETING <br />CI'I'1' COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MARCH 26, 1997 <br />Pursuant to due cail and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 26`~ day <br />of March, 1997 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Acting Mayor Beverly Scalze called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and <br />the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />Acting Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Steve Morelan <br />THOSE ABSENT <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />City Planner <br />Admin. Assistant <br />Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />Mr, Joel Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI. UTION NO. 97-3-64 - APPRO vING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />MARCH 12, 1997 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND THE <br />MARCH 12, 1997 CLOSED COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (3) LaValle, Morelan, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CUP FOR Acting Mayor Scalze opened the Public Hearing to consider the <br />KNOX LUMBER app(ication for Conditional Use Permit to amend a PUD to allow for the <br />expansion of a garden center including a temporary planthouse structure <br />and a permanent framework structure at Knox Lumber located at 3203 <br />Country Drive. Scalze pointed out that the Plannin~ Commission has <br />recommended approval of the CUP subject to compliance with the <br />recommendations of the City Planner as outlined in his report dated March <br />
