DOMINIUM T'he City Administrafor reported that Briggs and Morgln has TAX CREDTT requested a workshop to discuss the Dominium tax credit issue ISSUE 1t The Provinces. It was pointed out that the Mayor is recommending the Council pass a resolution indicatin~ its opposition to ~ranting tax credits for 100% affordable housing at The Provinces. 'I'he purpose of the workshop would Ue to t~y and detennine a percentage of affordable housing that would work. Scalze ii~dicated she has been contacted by the president of the homeowners' association at Fluer Royal who is expressin~ concern with the proposal. Morelan indicated that he does not support 100% affordable housin~ at The Provii~ces, and asked ifDominiwn l~as asked the City to consider 100% af'fordlble housing. The City Administrator indicaYed that resolution is needed on this issue because Dominium has made application for tax credits based on 100% affordable housing at The Provinces with the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency.
