Resolution declared adopted. <br />DOMINIUM T'he City Administrafor reported that Briggs and Morgln has <br />TAX CREDTT requested a workshop to discuss the Dominium tax credit issue <br />ISSUE 1t The Provinces. It was pointed out that the Mayor is recommending the <br />Council pass a resolution indicatin~ its opposition to ~ranting tax credits <br />for 100% affordable housing at The Provinces. 'I'he purpose of the <br />workshop would Ue to t~y and detennine a percentage of affordable <br />housing that would work.
