Resolution declared ado~ted. <br />RTCE STREET/ The City Administrator reported that ~Y the Council's workshop meeting <br />LITTL~ CANADA held earlier this evenin~, it was the consensus of the Council to select <br />REDEVELOP- Laurent/Parl<s Development as the City's developer far the Rice <br />MENT Street/Little Canada Road redevelopment area. Laurent/Parks <br />Development has iudicated they would have a concept site plan to the <br />Council for review within tliree weelcs.
