MINUTES OT THE I2~GULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />APRIL 23, 1997 <br />MINUTES <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meetin~; of the City <br />Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 23`~ day <br />of April, 1997 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and the <br />following members were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Steve Morelan <br />Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />Mrs . Beverly Scalze <br />ALSO PRESENT <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />City Planner <br />Cable TV Producer <br />Admin. Assistant <br />Mr. Joel Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Greg Schroeder <br />Mrs . Kathy Glanzer <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI.UTIONNO. 97-4-84 -APPROVING THE MINUTE,S OF THE <br />FOLLOWING CITY COUNCII. MEETINGS AS SUI3MITTED: <br />- APRII. Z, 1997 WORKSHOP MEETINC; <br />- APRII. 9, 1997 WORKSHOP MEETIN~i; <br />- APRIL 9, 1997 REGUI.AR MEETING; <br />- APRI7,16, 1997 WOXKSHOPMEETING. <br />The foregoin~ resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Pedersen, Fahey, Scalze, Morelan. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PUBLIC Mayor Fahey opened the public hearing to consider the vacation of certain <br />FIEARING - streets and alleyways in the Rice Street Motor Line Addition. The St. Paul <br />VACATION Water Utility has requested the vacation given their plans to subdivide two <br />parcels from the property in question and sell these parcels to developers. <br />There was no one from the general public present wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />
