CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 912 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING LITTLE CANADA ZONING CODE CHAPTER 904, <br />RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, AND CHAPTER 915, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT <br />REQUIREMENT RELATING TO FENCE REGULATIONS <br /> <br /> <br />The Little Canada City Council, Ramsey County, Minnesota does hereby ordain: <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 904, Table 904-5, of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is amended to read <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> Table 904-5: Maximum Structure Height, R-1 District <br /> Height <br />Principal Building 2.5 stories or 36 feet, whichever is less <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Chapter 904, Table 904-10, of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is amended to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br /> Table 904-10: Maximum Structure Height, R-2 District <br /> Height <br />Principal Building 3 stories or 36 feet, whichever is less <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 3. Chapter 904, Table 904-14, of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is amended to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />Table 904-14: Maximum Structure Height, R-3 District <br /> Height <br />Principal Building 5 stories or 56 feet, whichever is greater <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 4. Chapter 904, Table 904-18, of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is amended to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />Table 904-18: Maximum Structure Height, R-C District <br /> Height <br />Principal Building 3 stories or 36 feet, whichever is less <br /> <br />
