d. All fences constructed pursuant to the section shall meet all other applicable <br />regulations for fences under Section 915.130. <br /> <br />SECTION 6. REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in <br />conflict herewith are hereby appealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 7. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. Every section, provision, and part of this Ordinance is declared <br />severable from every other section, provision, and part. If any section, provision, or part of this Ordinance is <br />held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such judgment shall not invalidate any other section, <br />provision, or part of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION 8.
