CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 912 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING LITTLE CANADA ZONING CODE CHAPTER <br />904, RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, AND CHAPTER 915, GENERAL <br />DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENT RELATING TO FENCE REGULATIONS <br /> <br />SECTION 1. SUMMARY PUBLICATION. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section <br />412.191, in the case of a lengthy ordinance, a summary may be published. While a copy <br />of the entire ordinance is available without cost at the office of the City Clerk, the <br />following summary is approved by the City Council and shall be published in lieu of <br />publishing the entire ordinance: <br /> <br />The ordinance amends Zoning Code Chapter 904, Residential Districts and Chapter 915, <br />General Development Requirements relating to fence regulations. The full text of <br />Ordinance 912 is available for inspection at Little Canada City Hall during regular <br />business hours or online in the May 14, 2025 City Council packet. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
