CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RAMSEY COUNTY HOUSING AND <br />REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY CRITICAL CORRIDORS DEVELOPMENT AND <br />INFRASTRUCTURE GRANT AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />The City has applied for grant funding for the Rice Street Sidewalk Extension Project, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Ramsey County Housing and Redevelopment grant funds are available for assistance with <br />project funding and the City wishes to use these funds, <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, <br /> <br />A Critical Corridors Development and Infrastructure Grant Agreement has been prepared by <br />Ramsey County and presented to the City for execution. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE <br />CANADA, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The Ramsey County Housing and Redevelopment Authority Critical Corridors <br />Development and Infrastructure Grant Agreement is accepted. <br /> <br />2.
