Resolution tleclared ado}~t~ed. <br />Mayor Fahey opened ti~e public hearin~ to cor~sider the application <br />made by Crossro~d Properties for a variance from the sign hei~ht <br />maximum of 25 feet as established in the City Code to a height of <br />40 feet for their property located ~t 3180 Co~mtry Drive. The Pl2nnin~ <br />Commission recommended approval of the variance. <br />
