The roof sign is causin~ problems for the roof itself, and <br />Crossroad Properties would lil<e to mal<e repairs to the roof and retlin the <br />existing sienage as a freestandiu~ pylon si~n. <br />There was no one from the ~eneral p~iblic present' wishin~ Co comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by LaValle, seconded by Scalze, the p~iblic I~earing was <br />closed. <br />Morelan asl<ed about the amo~mt of signage at the site. Resolution declared adopted. <br />CUP TO AMEND Mayor Pahey opened the public hearin~ to consider the application <br />PUD - 43 ~AST for Conditionll IJse Permif to amend an existin~ PUD to add a parcel <br />COUNTY ROAD B of land and develop it as a mini-storage facility. The ~~roperry invoived is <br />located at 43 East County Road B.
