STAFF <br />REPORT <br />TO:Mayor Fischer and Members of City Council <br />FROM:Heidi Heller, City Clerk/HR Manager <br />DATE:May 28, 2025 <br />RE:Accept Resignation of Alex Evenson <br />ACTION TO BE CONSIDERED: <br />Accept the resignation of full-time Public Works Supervisor Alex Evenson. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Alex Evenson started with the city as a seasonal employee in May 2017 and then became the <br />first Public Works Apprentice in November 2017. He was promoted to Public Works <br />Maintenance I in October 2019 and then to a Public Works Supervisor in June 2021. He has <br />submitted his letter of resignation from the city effective June 6, 2025. <br />The city would like to thank Alex for his 8 years of service and dedication to Little Canada. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends the Council accept the letter of resignation from Alex Evenson effective June <br />6, 2025.
