In September 2023, the City Council approved a rezoning of the site from C-1, General Commercial to <br />a Planned Unit Development (PUD) based on the R-3, High Density Residential district. That approval <br />included a conceptual site sketch, architectural elevations, and 3D renderings. Final site and <br />engineering plans will still need to be submitted and approved by city staff prior to the issuance of any <br />development permits. <br /> <br />Figure 2.
