MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, M.INNESOTA <br />SEPTEMBER t0, 1997 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a re~ular meeting of the Council of <br />the City ofLittle Canada, Minnesota was held on the 10'~' day of <br />September, 1997 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Acting Mayor Beverly Scalze called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and <br />the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Acting Mayor <br />Counci] Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />Mr. Steve Morelan <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />ABSENT <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mayor <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />Cable TV Producer <br />Deputy Clerk <br />Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Gre~ Schroeder <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI.UTIONNO. 97-9-208 -APPROVING THE MINUTE.S OF <br />THE A UGU.ST 2 ~, 1997 REGUT AR COUNCll. MEETING NAD TFIE <br />AUGU.ST 27, 1997 CI.OSED COUNCII. MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (4) LaValle, Morelan, Pedersen, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PUf3LIC Scalze opened the Public Hearing to consider the vacation of Lots A and <br />HEARING- B, Nadeau Addition. The City Administrator reported that this property <br />VACATION was acquired by the City through a tax-forfeit proceeding a number of <br />OF LOTS A years ago. Given the development of Allen Avenue as a part of the <br />AND S, Pitrina Park plat, this property is no ]on~er needed, and in order to clear <br />NADEAU up the title so the Pitrina Park plat can be recorded, Lots A and B should <br />ADDITION be vacated. <br />
