MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JUNE 119 2025 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota, was convened on the 11th day of June 2025 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />located at-515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Tom Fischer called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m., and the following members of the City <br />Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Fischer, Council Members Malone, Kwapick, Gutierrez, and Miller. <br />Absent: None. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Acting City Administrator Laura Linehan, and City Clerk/HR Manager Heidi <br />Heller. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Miller introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2025-6-90 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE MA Y 28, 2025 <br />WORKSHOP, THE MAY28, 2025 REGULAR, AND MAY28, 2025, EDA CLOSET) <br />MEETINGS AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Gutierrez. <br />Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />The Acting City Administrator announced upcoming events, including Touch a Truck, the Farmers <br />Market, and Music in the Park. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None. <br />PRESENTATIONS <br />MARY JO MCGUIRE, RAMSEY COUNTY COMMISSIONER & LING BECKER, RAMSEY <br />COUNTY MANAGER <br />Ramsey County Commissioner Mary Jo McGuire commented on the diversity of the Ramsey County <br />Board of Commissioners and reviewed its mission, vision, and goals. She reviewed the County <br />responsible services, strategic priorities, service teams, and environmental service center, suburban <br />library system, emergency communications center, election services, parks, public works, Housing and <br />Redevelopment Authority (HRA) levy, small business support, economic development/infrastructure, <br />and Rice Creek Commons. <br />Ramsey County Manager Ling Becker introduced herself and provided additional information on the <br />vast array of services provided by the County and the strategic team.
