Resolution declared adopted. <br />STOP SIGNS Fahey acknowledged receipt of a petition from the property owners in the <br />AT DESOTO area of DeSoto Street and Allen Avenue requesting a three-way stop at the <br />STREET intersection of DeSoto Street and Allen Avenue. Fahey pointed out the <br />AND ALLEN recommendations of various staff members, the Public Works Director <br />AVENUE recommended an all-way stop, the Sheriff's Department recommended a <br /> three-way stop, and the City Engineer recommended that only DeSoto <br />
