OF THE CONTRACT WITH RAM.SEY COUNTY FOR <br />PEDESTRIAN CURl3 RAMP CONSTRUCTION PROJECT; <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Morelan, Fahey, LaValle, Scalze, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />VALLEY The City Attorney reported that post trial motions will be argued in the <br />PAVING Valley Paving litigation on Monday. The judge will then have 90 days <br />LITIGATION to make a decision. <br />MN DEPT. The City Administrator reported that the League of Minnesota Cities <br />OF HEALTH is encouraging cities to support the MN Department of Health's <br />STUDY OF proposed study of mobile home park issues. The League has provided <br />MOBILE a sample resolution which can be forwarded to the Legislature declaring <br />HOME PARKS this support. The Administrator noted the City's involvement in this issue <br /> over the past year or so, and recommended approval of the resolution. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOl, UTION NO. 97-11-290 -APPROVING THE RESOLUTION IN <br />SUPPORT OF THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF HEAI.TH'S <br />STUDY OF M0737I.E HOME PARK IS.SUES <br />The fore~oing resolution was duly seconded by Morelan. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Morelan, Pedersen, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />
