MINUTES OP' TFIE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MARCH 11, 1998 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the llt~' day of March, <br />1998 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little <br />Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Council Member Mr. Steve Morelan <br />Council Member Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />Council Member Mrs . Beverly Scalze <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />City Attorney Mr. Thomas Sweeney <br />Public Works Dir. Mr. Scott Tangen <br />Cable TV Producer Mr. Greg Schroeder <br />Deputy Clerk Mrs. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. LaValle introduced the followin~ resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI UTION N0. 98-3-46 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />FEI3RUARY25, 1998 WORKSIIOPCOUNCIL MEETINGAND THE <br />FE73RUARY 25, 1998 REGUI,AR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUI3MITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Fahey, Pedersen, Morelan. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />RAMSEY/ Louise Watson, Planner for the Ramsey/Washington Metro Watershed <br />WASHINGTON District, appeared before the Council to provide an overview of the <br />METRO Watershed's activities as well as those of the Natural Resources Board. <br />WATERSI~ED Watson outlined the following as the major work program cate~ories that <br />DISTi2ICT the Watershed has in their 1998 Work Program: <br />
