MINUTES OT THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MARCH 25, 1998 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 25'~' day of March, <br />1998 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little <br />Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Mr. Steve Morelan <br />Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />ABSENT <br />Council Member <br />Mr. 7im LaValle <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. 7oe1 R. Hanson <br />City Attorney Mr. Thomas Sweeney <br />City Planner Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Cable TV Producer Ms. Liz Nehring <br />Deputy Clerk Mrs. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. Morelan introduced the Following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI,UTIONNO. 98-3-57-APPROVING THF, MINUTES OF TfIE <br />MARCH 4, I998 WORKSFIOP COiINCIL MEETING, TFIE MARCH <br />ll, 1998 RECiUI,AR COUNCII. MEETINC;, AND THE MARCH 11, <br />1998 CI,OSED COUNCIL MEETING A.S SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, Fahey, Pedersen, Morelan. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />MICK The Mayor and City Council welcomed Mick Wendland, a visiting Boy <br />W~NDLAND Scout, to the CoLmcil meeting. <br />PUBLIC Mayor Fahey opened the Public Hearin~ to consider the request of Mr. <br />HEARING - David Farley to allow a side yard setback on a corner lot of less than <br />
