GUERIN The City Attorney repoirted that staff had anticipated t6at the updated PROPERTY appraisal for the Guerin property would be available for review at this evening's meeting. IIowever, it is not, therefore, no Council discussion of this issue is required at this time. NON- Tl~e City AtYOrney presented the Council with an ordinance relating to the DOMF,STICAT~D non-domestic animals. Tl~e Attorney reported that this ordinance is in ANIMAL response to a public safety issue with the keeping of wild and exotic ORDINANCE animals. It was reported that the majority of the surrounding cities prohibit the keeping of wild and exotic animals. M~•. Pedersen introduced the following ordinance and moved its adoption: OR127NANCE NO. Ayes (4) Pedersen, Scalze, Fahey, LaVa(le. Nays (0). Ordinance dec(ared adopted. LIV~STOCK The Council discussed the City's currenC ordinances pertainin~r to the keeping of livestocl< and horses. The consensus of this review was tl~at the ordi~~ances were acceptable as they exist. HISTORICAL The City Administrator reviewed the bids received for cabinet work as SOCI~TY well as fire protectioi~ work for the Historical Society project, and BIDS recommended that the Coimcil award these bid packages to the low bidders.
