Resolution declared adopted. <br />The City Administrator reviewed the proposed 10% Committee Guide- <br />lines as were modified by the Council at their last meeting. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the followiu~ resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI, UTION N0. 98-5-108 - APPROVINC; THE Z 0% COMMITTEE <br />GUIDELINE.SAS PRESENTED 13Y THE CITYADMIMSTRATOR <br />The foregoing resolutiou was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) LaValle, Scalze, Fahey, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ARCADE The City Administrltor recommended that a committee be appointed to <br />STRE~T meet with the Maplewood City Council to discuss the Arcade Street <br />CURV~ curve as it exists aY the inCersection witl~ Keller Parkway. The <br />Administrltor repated that the Maplewood City Manager has indicated <br />that this issue will need to be addressed by the Maplewood City Council. <br />Fahey asked if Little Clnada had any legal ground to enforce the <br />modification of this cuive so that it complies with the design which was <br />approved by both cities. i'al~ey asl<ed if there had been a 7oint Powers <br />Aareement between L,ittle Cauada and Maplewood for the Arcade Street <br />project. <br />The City Administrator replied that there had been no Joint Powers <br />~greement, but rather 1~1 informal arrange~nent between tl~e two cities. <br />The Administrator also pointed out thlt there were design plans for the <br />street wl~ich had been agreed to by both cities. <br />Pedersen asl<ed how many complaints the City has had about the <br />intersection. <br />4 <br />
