Ayes (4) Scalze, Fahey, LaValle, Pedersen. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. The City Administrator reviewed the proposed 10% Committee Guide- lines as were modified by the Council at their last meeting. Mr. LaValle introduced the followiu~ resolution and moved its adoption: RESOI, UTION N0. 98-5-108 - APPROVINC; THE Z 0% COMMITTEE GUIDELINE.SAS PRESENTED 13Y THE CITYADMIMSTRATOR The foregoing resolutiou was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (4) LaValle, Scalze, Fahey, Pedersen. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. ARCADE The City Administrltor recommended that a committee be appointed to STRE~T meet with the Maplewood City Council to discuss the Arcade Street CURV~ curve as it exists aY the inCersection witl~ Keller Parkway. The Administrltor repated that the Maplewood City Manager has indicated that this issue will need to be addressed by the Maplewood City Council. Fahey asked if Little Clnada had any legal ground to enforce the modification of this cuive so that it complies with the design which was approved by both cities. i'al~ey asl<ed if there had been a 7oint Powers Aareement between L,ittle Cauada and Maplewood for the Arcade Street project. The City Administrator replied that there had been no Joint Powers ~greement, but rather 1~1 informal arrange~nent between tl~e two cities.
