Resolution declared aciopYed. <br />Fahey reminded the Council that there will be a special meeting on Friday, <br />May 29'~', at 5:30 P.M. to act on the Conditiona] Use Permit required for <br />the Viking Estates plat. <br />CONCEPT The Council reviewed the concept of divitling the property located at 791 <br />REVIEW OF LaBore Road into two lots. Scalze expressed concern that dividing this <br />PROP~RTY property into two will 1lndlock the property to the north, and sug~ested <br />DIVISION - that if such a property division were approved, the City require that the <br />791 LABORE road right-of way easements be granted that would allow for the future <br />ROAD development of this propeity via a cul-de-sac and access to Allen Avenue. <br />Morelan suggested that the property was already landlocked, and he did <br />not feel the property division proposed would mal<e that situation any <br />worse.
