MINUT~S <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MAY 27, 1998 <br />CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />CLOSED <br />SESSION <br />TO DISCUSS <br />GUERIN <br />PROPERTY <br />Scalze pointed out that at some time Leeward Way will be extended, and <br />suggested that the City take pro-active steps now to given the property <br />owner the indication of the road alignment. <br />Fahey agreed, and indicated that as a condition of a property division, the <br />City should require an agreement for the Leeward Way right-of-way. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RES07.
