Resolution declared adopted. <br />PITRINA PARK The City Administrator re~orted that the miuutes of Yhe May 25, 1997 <br />TERRACE Council meeting indic2te that the cul-de-sacs within the Pitrina Park <br />SECOND plat are to be private streets. The development agreement makes <br />ADDITION reference to public and private improvements, but does not s}~ell out the <br />details. <br />F1hey indicated that any approval of the Pit~rina Parl< Terrace Second <br />Addition final plat shotiiid be coi~tin~ent upon the cul-de-sac streeCS in the <br />original plat bein~ made private. <br />Frattalone stated that he had no problem with the cul-de-sacs being <br />private. His only concern was thlt some of the units have been sold, and <br />the prope~ty owners may have purchased their units with the <br />understanding that they abut on a public street.
