PITRINA PARK The City Administrator re~orted that the miuutes of Yhe May 25, 1997 TERRACE Council meeting indic2te that the cul-de-sacs within the Pitrina Park SECOND plat are to be private streets. The development agreement makes ADDITION reference to public and private improvements, but does not s}~ell out the details. F1hey indicated that any approval of the Pit~rina Parl< Terrace Second Addition final plat shotiiid be coi~tin~ent upon the cul-de-sac streeCS in the original plat bein~ made private. Frattalone stated that he had no problem with the cul-de-sacs being private. His only concern was thlt some of the units have been sold, and the prope~ty owners may have purchased their units with the understanding that they abut on a public street. Frattalone indicated that it was always intended that Alien ~lvenue would be a public street. The Administrator recommended that the fin21 ~lat be tabled at this time until staff can meet witl~ the developers to decide how the mltter can be resolved.
