Resolution declared adopted. <br />REZONING, Mayor Fahey opened the public llelring to consider the application for <br />CUP, & Rezoning from B-3 to RB, Conditionll Use Pennit for a mixed <br />VARIANCE- residential/commercial use, and Variance fi•om side yard setback as <br />89 W~ST proposed by Doug and Ja~~ McMillan so that they ~night develop a <br />COUNTY coffee shop on the property loclted 1t 89 West County Road C It was <br />ROA~D C- noted thaT the Planning Commissiou has recommended approval of the <br />MCMILLAN Rezoning, CUP, and Variance, outlining two options for the Variance. <br />6 <br />
