MARZTT~LLT The City Attorney reportetl th~t the Nlinnesota Suprei7~e Courf has AS5ESSMEN`C 1~rmed the decision of d~e Ramsey County District Court of September APP~AL 12, 1996 in which the Dist'rict Court cletermined thtlt the Litde Canada special assessment~ of x5,15b.78 was legally proper and that the bei~efit of the impruvement to the property exceeded the ~mount of the special assessinent.
