MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />OCTOB,ER 14,1998 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 14°i day of October, <br />1998 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little <br />Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. MEETING AS <br />.SUI3MITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) Pedersen, Scalze, Fahey, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CRIME FREE Ramsey County Deputy Gary Wilzbacher appeared before the Council <br />MULTI- to present to the Lakeside Apartments the first certification as a Crime <br />HOUSING Free Multi-Housin~ complex in the seven communities which contract <br />COALITION with the Sheriffls Department for police services. Wilzbacher explained <br />that this program is a partnership between law enforcement and rental <br />property owners to keep drugs and illegal activities off rental property, <br />
