MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />OCTOB,ER 14,1998 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 14°i day of October, <br />1998 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little <br />Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at ro11 call: <br />CITY COLTNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Michae] Fahey <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />City Planner <br />Public Works Dir. <br />Cable TV Producer <br />Deputy Clerk <br />Mr. Steve Morelan <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Patrick Sweeney <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Greg Schroeder <br />Mr. Brian Behm <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. LaValle introduced the followin~ resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI. UTION NO. 98-10-239 - APPROVINC THE MINUTE.S OF <br />THB.SEPTEMI3ER 23, 1998 REGUI.AR COUNCII. MEETING AS <br />.SUI3MITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) Pedersen, Scalze, Fahey, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CRIME FREE Ramsey County Deputy Gary Wilzbacher appeared before the Council <br />MULTI- to present to the Lakeside Apartments the first certification as a Crime <br />HOUSING Free Multi-Housin~ complex in the seven communities which contract <br />COALITION with the Sheriffls Department for police services. Wilzbacher explained <br />that this program is a partnership between law enforcement and rental <br />property owners to keep drugs and illegal activities off rental property, <br />
