MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JUNE 239 2025 <br />ADMINISTRA TOR/COMMUNITY RELA TIONS MANA GER., WHO WAS WORKING <br />OUT OF CLASS AS THE ACTING CITY ADMINISTRA TOR FROM MARCH 31 2025, TO <br />JUNE 27, 2025 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Malone. <br />Ayes (4). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The Acting City Administrator thanked everyone for the opportunity and support. <br />CALL FOR A SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING ON FRIDAY, JUNE 27,2025, AT 4:00 <br />P.M. <br />The City Clerk stated that there is a project on a tight timeline with funding requests, and a resolution <br />is needed from the City Council from Lupe Development related to a senior housing development. <br />She stated that the application is due June 30'h, and therefore, action is needed prior to that date. <br />Mayor Fischer acknowledged that this was discussed earlier in the night at the workshop. <br />Miller introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2025-6-100 — CALLING FOR A SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL <br />MEETING ON FRIDA Y, JUNE 27, 2 02 5, AT 4: 0 0 P.M. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Malone. <br />Ayes (4). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />COUNCIL REPORTS AND MEETING UPDATES <br />Kwapick provided an update on the recent meeting of the Ramsey County League of Local <br />Governments discussion on climate. He noted that there will be a tour hosted by that group in July. <br />Miller provided an update on the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) meeting he participated in <br />related to the community building. <br />Malone commented on the Hot Dogs with a Deputy event she attended. She stated that she was invited <br />on a tour of the dispatch center and welcomed other members of the Council to attend. She also noted <br />that she attended the Mayfield Senior Housing open house. <br />Mayor Fischer commented that he has been on a tour of the dispatch center, and it is impressive. He <br />provided an update on the most recent events and meetings he attended, including Hot Dogs with a <br />Deputy, music in the park, art in the park, and the Mayfield open house. <br />ADJOURN <br />There being no further business, upon motion by Miller, seconded by Kwapick, the meeting was <br />adjourned at 10:21 p.m. <br />z <br />
