MINUTES OF TAE REGULAR MEETTNG <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />17, 1998 <br />MINUTES <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 17`" day of <br />December, 1998 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Litt(e Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Council Member Mr. Steve Morelan <br />Council Member Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />Council Member Mrs . Beverly Scalze <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />City Attorney Mr. George Borer <br />City Planner Mr. Steve Grittman <br />City Engineer Mr. Terry Maurer <br />Public Works Dir. Mr. Greg Schroeder <br />Code Enforcement Ms. Elizabeth Mursko <br />Cable TV Producer Mr. Brian Behm <br />Deputy Clerk Mrs . Kathy Glanzer <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI UTION NO. 9R-12-282 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE NOVEMBER 25, 1998 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING, THE <br />NOVEMI3ER 25, 1998 REGUI,AR COUNCII, MEETING, AND THE <br />DECEMBER 7, 1998 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SU73MITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Pedersen, Morelan, Scalze, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PRELIMINARY Mayor Fahey opened the continuation of public hearing to consider the <br />PLAT preliminary plat for the Gilanderi Addition. It was noted that the <br />GILANDERI developer and property owner, Richard Kimmes, has submitted a revised <br />ADDITION preliminary plat which decreases the number of lots from five to four. <br />
